Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received. Personalised or custom items may require additional time, which will be stated in the product description. Pacha's Prints will always email you if there is difficulties with making your order (I.E Handwritten images may need to be resent)

Shipping Methods & Delivery
We ship using Royal Mail. Estimated delivery times vary by location:

• Domestic: 2–5 business days

• International: 7–14 business days (customs processing may cause delays).

Please note: delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Please note that selecting an upgraded postage service will not affect our standard dispatch time; it only applies to delivery speed once the order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination, weight, and size of the order.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please provide photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you. We are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or issues caused by the shipping carrier, but we’ll do our best to help resolve them.

International Orders
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
