4. We’ll carefully prepare your design and create your personalised keepsake.

Please note:

• 1-2 handwriting image per item.
• All images must be submitted after checkout is completed.

For the best quality result, please provide a clear, well-lit photo of your handwriting on plain white paper. Avoid shadows, blurry images, or heavily lined paper. The clearer your sample, the more accurately we can recreate your unique style. Landscape orientation works best.

Please Avoid

• Blurry or dark photographs.
• Dark coloured or heavily patterned backgrounds.
• Covering parts of the writing.
• Objects placed on top of the image.
• Tattoo photographs, handwriting must be written on paper or a neutral surface.

Don’t worry about removing unwanted words or cropping the image yourself, we will do that for you.

Each item is handmade to order, so please allow 2-5 working days for processing before dispatch. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail and typically arrive within 2–3 working days AFTER dispatch. Can I upload a photo instead of a scan?

Yes, clear photographs taken in natural daylight work perfectly as long as the writing is sharp and in focus. Please keep the paper straight. what appears on the paper will be transferred exactly.

Can you remove unwanted words or marks?

Yes, we can crop or isolate specific handwriting where needed. Please try not to scribble over unwanted text, this may delay your order slightly as it makes editing a little harder.

Can I use old cards or letters?

Absolutely. Older handwriting often creates the most meaningful keepsakes.

How many handwriting samples can I use?

Unless otherwise stated, each item includes 1-2 handwriting images. Additional text will insure a small fee.

What if I’m unsure whether my image will work?

You’re always welcome to email your image before ordering and we’ll happily check it for you.

Can you make up your own sentences with the handwriting?

No, the handwriting needs to be already there.
